Night to Shine 2026 Volunteer Registration

We’re Excited to Host Night to Shine 2026 at High Street Church in Springfield, MO!

If you’re interested in volunteering, please review the following information carefully:

Volunteer Requirements

Background Check:

• All volunteers must complete a background check to serve at Night to Shine. The cost is $13.
• If you have volunteered in the past and already completed a background check through High Street, please call the church office or email gmcdermott@highstreet.org to receive a code to waive the payment.
• If you currently serve in KidStreet, Youth Ministry, or Security and have already completed a background check, you may also request a code to waive the payment using the same contact information.
• All volunteers must be 18 years or older this year. Due to capacity limits, we are prioritizing spots for our guests. This is new for this year. 

Important Note:

• Once you complete your registration and background check payment, you’ll receive an email from our background check processor, Checkr.
• This email will prompt you to finalize your background check.
• The link will expire within one week. If you do not complete the background check within that timeframe, you may need to repay the $13 fee to restart the process.
